Text updates from Forma Fit
Forma Fit LLC sends text messages to gym owners and prospects who opt in below — demo scheduling, account notifications, customer support, and (separately and optionally) marketing messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Checking one box never opts you in to the other message type. SMS consent is separate from — and never bundled with — agreement to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
Frequency, rates, opt-out & help
- Program name: Forma Fit text updates, operated by Forma Fit LLC.
- Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per month, more around a scheduled demo (confirmation and reminder).
- Msg & data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Forma Fit does not surcharge for SMS.
- Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message to cancel. Opt-out is honored at the carrier level, typically within seconds.
- Get help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@goforma.fit.
- Consent is recorded: we store the date, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the method, as a durable record.
We don’t share your number for marketing
Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared, sold, or licensed to third parties for their own marketing. We share phone numbers only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive.
